A player’s coach or athletic director should complete the nomination form below for a player to be considered for the 2027 April Heinrichs Award. The deadline to nominate is one week after the end of the CHSAA season.

The winner gets a feature story in The Denver Post, a trophy, a $1,000 scholarship, recognition at a Denver Summit FC match and a banquet held in her honor. Provide specific details about impact on team and community work.
